At The Therapy Lane, my focus is on creating a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationships, or difficult life changes, you don’t have to face it alone.

My Approach to Therapy

I use an integrative approach, blending techniques from various therapeutic models to best suit your unique needs. This may include person-centred therapy, mindfulness, and exploring attachment styles, among others. My style is compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative—I view therapy as a partnership where your voice is central.

Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you and work towards goals that feel meaningful and achievable. There’s no rush; therapy is your journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

  • Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Who I Work With

I primarily support children, teenagers, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, and other emotional challenges. I understand how overwhelming these struggles can feel, and I’m dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming space for healing and growth.

What to Expect from Therapy with Me

Sessions are calm, confidential, and paced to suit your comfort and needs. Whether you prefer short-term focused therapy or longer-term exploration, we’ll work together to create a space where you feel safe to share openly and honestly and I will support you in identifying patterns, gaining insight, and developing practical tools to manage challenges.

How It Works

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting, but you’re not alone. We’ll start with a free, no-pressure 15-minute chat to understand what you need and answer any questions. Our first full session is a chance to connect and set gentle, personal goals together. Sessions usually last 50 minutes and happen at a pace that feels right for you. Throughout the process, we’ll check in regularly to ensure therapy is helpful and supportive.
